1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the pristine nature of our formulations and the inherent risk of product contamination, all sales are final. Once an item has been delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This strict hygiene policy applies across our entire collection.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We enforce rigorous quality control measures to ensure your order arrives in flawless condition. In the rare event that a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and packaging

3. Ingredients, Allergies & Sensitivities

We strongly recommend reviewing the complete ingredient list detailed on our product packaging and website prior to purchase.

If you experience a personal sensitivity or allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Because skin types and individual sensitivities vary greatly, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for adverse reactions.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved by our team, please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to process.

Please Note: Standard shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for complimentary shipping, the original cost of transit incurred by Zalgaga will be deducted from your final refund total.

5. Uncollected Orders

Orders designated for collection must be picked up within two months of the initial notification email. Beyond this timeframe, Zalgaga reserves the right to responsibly sell or dispose of the uncollected goods.

In these instances, the customer will be issued a digital Zalgaga voucher equivalent to the value of the original items purchased.

Zalgaga reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
